Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Order Processing

All orders placed through our website are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding NSW public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During peak periods (e.g. sales events, Christmas), processing may take up to 3–5 business days; we will notify you of any significant delay.

1.2 Shipping Methods, Costs and Delivery Times

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post and other reputable courier partners. Estimated delivery times from dispatch are:

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days — metro areas; 7–10 business days — regional/remote areas
  • Express shipping: 1–3 business days — metro areas
  • International shipping: 10–21 business days, subject to destination customs processing

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size and delivery location, and will be clearly displayed before payment. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $80 (AUD).

1.3 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

1.4 Delivery Address and Failed Deliveries

You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address provided at checkout is complete and correct. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, and additional shipping fees may apply.

1.5 Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, extreme weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. This does not affect any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

1.6 Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at wuh517019@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy below. If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

1.7 P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers

We deliver to P.O. Boxes and parcel lockers via Australia Post. If express courier delivery is selected, please provide a physical street address, as some courier partners cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

2. Returns & Refunds Policy

2.1 Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

A 'major failure' includes (for example) where the goods: have a problem that would have stopped a reasonable person from buying them had they known about it; are significantly different from the description, sample or demonstration model shown to you; are substantially unfit for their normal purpose and cannot easily be fixed within a reasonable time; or are unsafe.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where any term of this policy is inconsistent with the ACL, the ACL prevails.

2.2 Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at wuh517019@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where possible. Depending on the circumstances, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund. We will cover the cost of return shipping in these circumstances.

2.3 Change of Mind Returns

In addition to your rights under the ACL, we accept change-of-mind returns, subject to the following conditions:

  • Request made within 7 days of delivery
  • Item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with seal intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed

2.4 Hygiene Exclusions (Perfume & Cosmetics)

For hygiene and safety reasons, and consistent with our obligations regarding the resale of cosmetic and fragrance products, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on opened, used, or unsealed perfume, skincare, or cosmetic products. This exclusion does not apply where the product is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet a guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.

2.5 How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email wuh517019@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

2.6 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error or a fault covered by the ACL. No restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns that meet the conditions above.

2.7 Exchanges

We offer direct exchanges (e.g. for a different size or scent), subject to stock availability. If you would like an exchange, please contact us using the details below; otherwise, you may request a return for refund and place a new order.
